As you know, we like to do things differently here at The Smoking Bull, so we did not want to disappoint. We have taken the traditional rump and broken it down into its individual muscles and taken away all the bits we don't like. Our Black Gate meats are hung on the bone for 7 days and matured for another 28.

    Picanha ( pronounced Pee-kahn-yah) is a cut of beef that is popular in Brazil. The cut comes from the top of the rump cap muscle and has a thin layer of fat.

    The Prime steak is taken from the centre Rump section. It`s good old fashioned Rump Steak, without the gristly bits.
